SUNDAY HALF PRICE AND FILL A BASKET FOR $10. THERE WILL BE ONE ROOM EXCLUDED FROM THOSE DISCOUNTS. House/Property and contents are for sale. This is a wonderful historical house built in the late 1800's. Family has been part of the community for many years. House is full of a variety of treasures. Wonderful glass, pottery, porcelain, art work, furniture, collectibles and antiques. Room full of women's clothes. Size Medium to Large. Crafting and garden items. Garage is also full and will have a separate check out there. Due to pending rain there may be some items we could not pull out for display. If you saw something you have interest in please ask. I do have many items posted for sale but will update my pictures daily should something sell prior to sale. Other than those specific items nothing will be sold prior to public opening on Thursday. Cash is preferred payment but except Venmo and credit card as well. The lighting in the house is not the best. You may want to bring flashlight. Please use caution while walking around house. It is pretty full and walk ways are not wide. Be kind and courteous to other shoppers or you will be asked to leave. You may encounter allergens in house so feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive. Best to leave children and pets at home when visiting this sale. Please do not message prior to sale with requests to purchase or hold an item. It isn't fair to other customers. I do not do a list or number system, please don't start one prior to my arrival. We look forward to seeing everyone and will assist you in any way that we can. Thank you. |
