This historical property & barn are both loaded with treasures! You will find antiques, thousands of old books, loads of ephemera & advertising, vintage clothing, old toys & games, furniture, old lamps, antique crocks & jugs, vintage motorcycle riding gear, old dolls, barbies, large folk art dollhouse, art, paintings, prints, vintage glassware, vintage sewing, old buttons, kitchenware, pottery, china, collectibles, old upright piano, linens, textiles, tools, power tools, hand tools, industrial pieces, old sleds, hardware, scrap metal, yard & garden supplies, household goods, knick-knacks & so much more… This is one “Pickers” event you absolutely can’t miss!!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!!! A WAIVER WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BEFORE ENETERING THE PROPERTY! THANK YOU Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
