This is an online only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids cannot be changed or cancelled.
Before bidding look at ALL the pictures of each item and make sure your credit card and address on file are correct.
This auction is pickup in Alton NH (April 7th from 12-7pm) or shipping(at winning bidder's expense) to USA destinations. Not all items can be shipped like the large furniture pieces. The item description will say in the 1st line if the item cant be shipped. Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctioninja is valid and can be charged for your order, and shipping if requested.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup for you provided they have a copy of your invoice. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order or at least a valid ID as we cannot release items without ID matching winning bidder or invoice copy.
Items CANNOT be shipped unless it is to the address listed in your auctioninja account. Please check to make sure this is correct BEFORE you bid! Items will be sent out in the days after the pickup with all items being sent by March 30th. Any items shipped are sent with insurance and may require signature. Shipping charges are $5 handling fee per lot to cover boxes, time, and packing, as well as the cost of postage and insurance. We will do our best to combine items and save on shipping. If you win items and don't pay for shipping your items will be considered forfeit without refund. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping provided items are retrieved during the advertised pickup time (Sun April 7th 12-7). We do not drop items off at 3rd party shipping places. We ship requested items in house.
All items are sold as is, as shown, and all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer based on experience and research. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing all pictures of the item) before bidding.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. Please be sure to have a valid card on file. We want to ship all items asap and cant spend days chasing people to update their card info. This is not ebay, you don't have a week to pay. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
All items will have multiple pictures. Please look at ALL pictures and read all terms before bidding. We cannot cancel or adjust bids once placed.
If you have not requested shipping, pickup will be Sunday April 7th from 12pm -7pm in Alton NH. Address will be sent to winning bidders. A few larger or higher value items cannot be shipped and will be clearly marked in the item description. Any items not picked up Sunday the 7th or requested to be shipped by April 12, 2024 will be considered forfeit without refund. Please make sure your card is still valid for the shipping charge as it will happen when we ship a couple days after the close of auction.
15% buyer's premium and no sales tax as we are in NH.
