Appointments for Pick Up Must be Made Here Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. Winners must schedule transportation or pick up time within 48 hours of winning. Vehicles MUST be picked up by the end of business day of the following Tuesday. After that day a $100 storage fee will be applied, plus an additional $25 daily until the vehicle is picked up. To hold a vehicle for you beyond the 7 days, payment must be made in advance. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO SHOW UP. Payments We take Credit/Debit cards, Cashiers checks (Pay to the order of Twin Cities Auctions) and Mobile payments (Cashapp/Venmo) at our location. We do NOT accept personal/business checks so plan ahead. Debit/Credit card transactions will have a 3% Transaction Fee applied to the amount put on the card (If purchase is over $5,000).
