PACKING MATERIALS: Please note that no packing materials, including boxes, are provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site, and we disclaim any responsibility for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Our staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items, including larger furniture. It is imperative that customers bring appropriate help and an adequately sized vehicle. NO SHOWS: Following the expiration of the removal time, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS. Any remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. NO SHOWS risk having their K-BID account locked, and penalty fees may be incurred for reinstatement. SHIPPING: If an item is offered as shippable, we will engage a third-party shipping company on your behalf. Please be aware that we have no control over the fees they may charge, which may vary based on factors such as size and weight. For shipping requests: The invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL before shipping. Text 612-275-0443 with your name, bidder number, and the auction title, stating, "Please ship my items." Notification must be received before the pick-up time closes. We typically deliver your item to a shipping service within three to five days of the pickup/removal date. Please allow 5-10 days for processing time. Once paid, your item will be shipped. For in-house shipping, a $10 handling fee applies for the first lot, and $10 for each subsequent lot. Smaller items, such as jewelry, free handling fee.
