3 Day Onsite Estate Sale for the Mohr Estate by True Vine Estate Sales beginning Friday March 22nd thru Sunday March 24th. Hours are 8 am to 2 PM . Please do not block any driveway, park on grass, park on the turn of the street, block mailboxes. Do not park on the driveway of the sale. Items are priced & liquidation mark down will be 50% off Saturday beginning at noon sharp til end of sale Sunday. Directional signs will be posted in neighborhood, on main roads and at property. True Vine cannot haul or load items, please bring your own porters & tools. Shop responsibly and respectfully. Please note: when a buyer accidentally breaks an item, the buyer is responsible to pay for item. We accept cash or credit cards with a 3 %. True Vine is not responsible for accidents so please use caution. There is open water behind the property. Signs are posted. Please watch children at all times.
