You can pay your invoice by logging into your Estate 360® account and selecting the "invoices" tab. Your card on file will be used to process your payment in full prior to the start of the pick-up date.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full if you have a valid tax-exempt certificate, you may upload it to your account profile, by selecting the “are you a reseller” tab.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer's premium is added to each item purchased. If you bid $100.00 your invoice total will be $115.00 plus any applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL
All items must be removed no later than 3:00 pm (PT) on Saturday, March 30th, 2024.

PICK-UP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 3/30/24 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 AM AND 3:00 PM (This means the doors close promptly at 3pm, no exceptions). THE PICK-UP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. We do not provide shipping estimates, once you have purchased an item and have requested shipping, we will help arrange for a shipping company to pick up, pack, and ship those, and your card on file will be used to process the shipping charges. Your request for shipping is your approval for all relevant shipping charges.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Please have plans in place, including adequate help and supplies to remove all items during the specified date and time listed.

Buyers in default of the removal schedule will be charged their high bid amount plus any buyer's premium and will forfeit any rights to the items. Items will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold at the discretion of Estate 360™. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

ALL SALES COMPLETED BY ESTATE 360 ARE TRUE AUCTIONS, BY LEGAL DEFINITION. OUR SOFTWARE IS BUILT TO SIMULATE A "LIVE" AUCTION EVENT, WHEREAS BIDDING WILL NOT CLOSE AS LONG AS BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO "SNIPE" BID. IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE FINAL TWO MINUTES REMAINING ON AN ITEM'S CLOCK, THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED FOR 5 MINUTES GIVING "YOU" THE BIDDER, A CHANCE TO RE-BID.
