Estate Sale Extravaganza by True Vine. A multiday onsite estate sale, everything but the house! Bring family & friends. Home full of treasures & furniture. Rain or Shine, cash/cc. Must prepare & bring own adequate help, hauling & transportation if purchasing large bulk items. Hours are 9 am to 1 PM . All items priced. Prices firm up through Saturday NOON. Beginning noon Saturday, prices are marked down 50% off. Some items sold as SETS & will be marked. SETS can be sold separately beginning at NOON on Saturday.
Please do not block any driveway, park on grass, park on the turn of the street, block mailboxes. Do not park on the driveway of the sale. Items are priced & liquidation mark down will be 50% off Saturday beginning at noon sharp til end of sale Sunday when liquidation continues & shoppers can make offers. Sets are not broken up until noon on Saturday & Items will be marked " set " so shoppers know. Directional signs will be posted in neighborhood, on main roads & at property. Shop responsibly and respectfully. Please note: when a buyer accidentally breaks an item, the buyer is responsible to pay for item. We accept cash or credit cards with a 3 % usage fee. True Vine is not responsible for accidents so please use caution. Everything sold as is/where is.
