1.All property is sold "AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Andreas & Associates may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Andreas & Associates be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

2.Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at a preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Andreas & Associates shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Andreas & Associates will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
3.Andreas & Associates reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Andreas & Associates also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. Lots 7-12 are being sold on a storage lien and we strongly encourage you to view these items in person prior to placing a bid. All state storge lien laws will apply. Owners who bring their accounts current prior to the sale will have those lots removed.

4.All items are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. Once items are paid for, winning bidders will work with Suntex Marinas for removal or storage terms for items won. Letters of credit or Guarantee must be for this auction only, along with proof of identity. As always, Your bid is a contract and will be treated as such.

5.All auction sales will be settled using the registered bidders credit card on-file with HiBid following the closing of the sale. Any other arrangements need to be discussed with the auctioneer prior to the sale date. 15% buyers premium applies to all lots.

Saylorville Marina Online Only Auction featuring houseboats, sailboats & a boat lift. Lots 7-12 are being sold on a storage lein - all state storage lien laws will apply. Should the owner bring their storage costs current that lot will be removed from the sale. Please read descriptions carefully - some items have titles and some do not. If they do not have a title buyers will receive a paid invoice and a notarized DNR form from the Marina to obtain a new Iowa title.
