Art Lover’s Estate Sale

Tuesday only 9am-6pm
8173 Belvedere Avenue Sacramento 95826

Our next sale is coming this Tuesday September 18th from 9am-6pm
8173 Belvedere Avenue Sacramento 95826
We have many photos below for you to enjoy

We have also re-posted (at the very bottom of this page below all the photos) our ‘estate sale etiquette‘ guide jen wrote last summer for those of you who didn’t get a chance to read it and understand why we do things the way we do. Please take the time to read it now if you have a moment and take it as a suggestion to making all of your visits smoother in the future at any sale we host. We don’t like to nag folks, but we may start posting these guides at the front of each house for some of the ‘newcomers’ to get the gist of our sales and rules.

The prices will begin fair and easy, move to half price from 3pm-5pm and boxlot prices will run from 5-6pm when things will go for free if the family does not wish to keep them or give them to their own charity choice.

Tuesday is a short and sweet art-filled delight of an estate sale liquidation. The couple we are helping– Eric and Eileen, have inherited two family estates in a very short time and have relocated everything they could salvage to a warehouse and it has all been lovingly spread out by Pam and Kris to allow you to pick your treasures and easily navigate back to your vehicle after your purchases. The majority of the collection is artwork; fine prints, oils and watercolors, etchings and lithographs. There are beautiful collectibles including a stein collection and two tiny Steiffs, books, wood carvings, grandfather clocks, bedroom and dining room sets, mid-century furniture as well as a one-of-a-kind hand carved pan-looking cherub made of golden wood and standing proud and tall as a teenager. You can feel his life emitting from his fingertips on his instrument as he plays away. You’ll love this little rebel and his obvious purpose lasting forever in your garden for you to smile upon.
We will be sending more information throughout the week but are glad to get you these photos before you make plans for your Tuesday so you can ‘fit us in’.

Thanks to all who made the long trek out to help us empty Tavernor Road estate sale. We are happy to give the family home back with all gone save the wonderful oak dining room table and buffet to hold it’s leaves. Let us know if you are interested and we will hook you up with the heirs to pick it up. The family is happy to have the place empty and ready to place on the market for another family to enjoy and make their own.

Thanks once more for your patronage and also the read.
Jen and crew
