We ship the cheapest way but the final decision is at our discretion, with safety of your items our foremost priority. (UPS & USPS). We are not an international mega shopping sight. We do NOT offer free shipping. Our shipping rates are NOT affected or influenced by purchase price. We do use a shipping program to manage and control costs and provide efficiency for our valued customers.
