Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE

An 18% Buyer�s Premium will apply to all buyers. Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale. Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card.

Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all titled vehicles and trailers.

PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfers.

Follow procedures when you register as a bidder.

If you are the winning bidder, and your purchases total $3,000.00 or less, your credit card will be automatically charged in full at the close of the auction.

NOTE: PURCHASES OVER $5,000.00 MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER!

Removal shall be at the buyer's expense.

Everything sells �As Is/Where Is�. Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify the condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer says �Sold,� the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. The purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If Purchaser fails to pay for their items, they agree to pay the difference in price if the item or items are resold. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Advertised items may be subject to prior sale. Final sales prices are not made public.
