Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Modern Living at its best at our 2-Day Estate Sale in the charming Friendly Valley community located in Santa Clarita! Explore the immaculately maintained Modern furnishings and décor that will enhance any home. Sunday most items will be 50% off! Sale Dates are Saturday April 20th 9-2pm and Sunday April 21st, from 9-1pm. Please Note: Entry into the community will only be permitted from (8:30-2p). No earlier entry will be permitted. The signup sheet goes out at 8:30am and doors open at 9am…no other sheet started will be honored. Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. We appreciate your understanding.
