PICKUP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 05/4/2024 BETWEEN 10:00 AM AND 2:00 PM. (This means the doors close at 3:00pm sharp, no exceptions). THE PICKUP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECIEVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM OR LOG INTO YOUR JD ESTATE SALES ACCOUNT AND SELECT INVOICE. BUYERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING AND IDENTIFYING THEIR INVOICES AT THE CONCLUSION OF ANY SALE THEY CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN. THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICKUP DATES OR TIMES AVAILABLE.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available on most small items, please check with us regarding the eligibility of shipping items prior to bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance. We do not provide shipping estimates. Once you have purchased an item and requested shipping, we will help to arrange for a shipping company to pick up your item, or possibly drop off at a local company. 

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE

Buyers are solely responsible for removal of purchased items. Please have adequate help and supplies to remove your items. we do not furnish movers due to insurance limitations.

Buyers are solely responsible for collecting and ensuring they have all their purchased items before departing the property. 

Bidders Must Please Take All Items Purchased, if Bidders Leave Any Items Behind There Will Be A $25.00 Per Large Item & $5.00 Per Small Item Disposal Fee Charged.
