As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !! Sale is: Friday/Saturday and Sunday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:30 AM each day. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases. -If you break an item, it's yours to buy. -Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate -We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale. |

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Valrico this upcoming weekend for a 3 Day Estate Sale. Curtis and Beatrice Pierce were both Valrico residents who lived in this home in the BUCKHORN GOLF CLUB ESTATES since 1983. They both were retired from IBM and were also long-time booth owners at the Big Top Flea Market in Tampa. We will be liquidating the entire contents of this home as the family has decided to sell the property at the conclusion of our estate sale. The property is listed with a local realtor. This is an immaculate home, without animals or smoking. This is a very large estate. We have over 25 tables full of items to purchase. As a result of the size of the estate, we will be having 2 sales at this location. This will be part 1. We hope to see you there, The Done Deal Team ! |
