Mr. K’s Estate Sales is proud to be a part of the estate liquidation of a well-known Los Angeles city fixture, Milo Swensen. Located in the fine city of Rancho Palos Verdes the estate has a great selection of antiques and collectibles purchased over many years. The majority of the items belong to Milo, a well-loved member of the RPV community, known for his work with the Deputy Sheriff and his passion for cars and motorcycles. Many of the highlighted items furnished the Nourse family home circa 1900 in Berkeley Square, which was later purchased with furnishings intact in 1955 by Swensen's Grandparents, a banker and actress. The black and white photos show the historical significance of the furniture as it was shown in in situ at 16 Berkeley Square.
