Please read before bidding, by accepting the buyer's number and making bids you have agreed to the buyer's terms for this personal property Auction.
The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and the receipt of a bid form or the "fall of the hammer" shall not be an acceptance of a bid. Unless this is a stated absolute auction.
Auctioneer reserves the right to change any of the terms of conduct and enforcement of sale by announcement, written or oral, made before the auction sale or at the commencement thereof, and such change or changes, by virtue of this clause, shall be binding on any buyer by constructive notice.
Buyers shall have the day of the auction sale to remove the property purchased from the place of sale. Buyers shall bear the entire risk of loss during storage prior to such removal as provided. After the date of the auction, buyers shall be liable for all expenses of storage of any property that was purchased but which has not been removed unless prior written arrangements have been made
The auctioneer is an agent only and is not responsible in the event buyers or the seller at the auction sale fail to live up to their agreement, including failure of the seller to deliver any property purchased to buyers.
Auctioneer shall have the following rights and duties in conducting the auction sale:
(1) To withdraw the property listed for sale in this announcement before sale or before a bid for such property is accepted.
(2) To adjourn the sale without notice at any time before any specific property is struck off, without incurring any liability.
(3) To reject, on behalf of the seller, all bids; and to accept bids in the increments/amounts that the auctioneer sees best in the client's best interests.

(5) To determine the winning bidder. Auctioneer is the sole arbiter of who won the bid and Auctioneers determination is final.

Online Pre-bidding will close out the morning of the scheduled live onsite auction, all pre-bids will be used during the live portion of the auction.
Online bidding is subject to a buyer's premium which will be posted in the terms for online purchases & retained by the Auction Company. Online Purchases must be a wire transfer for all coins/paper money/jewelry/silver & gold, firearms, automobiles, all online purchases over 100.00 must be by wire transfer by the end of the next business day, if not paid by then all items will be defaulted as not paid and resold, unless otherwise agreed upon before closing of the auction. All Online/on-site Auction Purchases must be picked up within 3 days of closing of online or day of auction, if not picked up Auction Company reserves the right to resell the item(s) and retain the money for handling and storage, unless other arraignments has been made prior. Buyers are responsible for all packing/shipping and Auction Company fees for handling and Packing. Auctioneer/Auction Company will not be held responsible for internet lag time during the auction or for missed bids, whomever the auctioneer recognizes as the successful bidder.
