This vintage display cabinet or bookcase has a solid wood frame with a rich dark stain and features glass double doors with key and lock mechanism that open into two separated shelving units.  Measures 37.25 x 16.5 x 48.5”.

An exceptionally large antique solid wood framed parlor mirror.  This grand mirror stands tall at 35 x 62.75”. Solid wood gold tone gilded frame is intricately carved with elaborate motifs and filigree.  Very heavy.  This mirror bears the marks of time with numerous chips and cracks along its surface.

This massive antique double wardrobe is a classic piece with a solid wood construction and rich, dark stain with wooden wheels for mobility.  The wardrobe has two doors with molded panels and exquisite carved detail and a working key lock mechanism.  The double doors open into one large area (maybe Narnia) with a shelf, hanging rod, and metal hanger hooks.  There are two drawers at the foot of the wardrobe for additional storage.  This piece has some wear, scratches and marks on the bottom portion, and minor cracks and chips in the carving that are consistent with its age and use.  Measures 59 x 22.75 x 86.25”.

Antique Japanese Satsuma incense burner on carved wood stand. Hand painted gold and rich color in moriage style with detail and raised texture. Featured portrait of a man on one side and a woman on the other. The lid and handle have gold painted foo dogs. One of the three legs has been broken and repaired. There are cracks, scratches, worn and repaired spots in this piece.

Group of three vintage Eastern Geisha dolls.  Two are in display cases and one in wrapping.  Large display case measures 13.25 x 11.5 x 22.5”, and small display case measures 6 x 4.5 x 8.5”.

An impressive extra large floor vase is very heavy, composed of a bronze or brass like material.  It features raised images of birds in trees on one side of the vessel.  There is quite a bit of oxidation on the vase.

This original oil on canvas painting is titled "The Hills of Home" signed by Zella Weber, and features a dark solid wood carved frame with burlap type matte and wire hanger. Measures 32.5 x 20.5”.

Artist Bio: 

A native Kansan, Jean Cook grew up on the family farm helping with harvests and caring for the family cows, sheep and horses. Her artwork is inspired by her real-life experiences showing horses, working cattle drives and traveling to unusual locations around the world. She worked for Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, MO for 34 years, 21 of those 34 years as an artist engraver.  The skills learned as a sculpting artist can be seen in her work.  Basically a self-taught artist, Jean has studied with many well known artists around the US and the Kansas City Art Institute.  Her paintings reflect an emphasis on the use of color, light and shadow to create depth and are inspired by her real-life experiences showing horses, working on cattle drives and traveling to unusual locations around the world.  The results of these travels are a large body of research photos which are used regularly in her work.

Wood Queen Anne style dining room table with wood wheels. There is a fifth leg, supporting the center of the table. They are a different color than the table itself, and they also do not have the edge collar like the rest of the table does. Includes the table pad.

Vintage, hard wood dining chairs from Poughkeepsie Chair Co. NY. One arm chair and five dining chairs. T-back wood design with Queen Anne style legs. The seats are padded and upholstered, there is some staining and wear in the fabric. Fabric needs a good cleaning. Some light surface scratches in the wood.

This vintage antique drop leaf table is finished in a rich dark stain and features turned legs and two drop leaves.  Table measures 24.25 x 29.25 x 38.5” with both leaves raised up.  Each leaf is 15”.  Good vintage antique condition.

Tell City Chair Company vintique round extendable dining room table in a rich Potomac finish features turned legs and edging.  Includes five matching chairs.  The top surface of the table and the seats of the chairs are distressed. Table measures 48.25” diameter and includes (2)-12” leaves.

This antique marble top solid wood cabinet sits on wheels and has a dark finish.  The storage cabinet features one drawer with a carved nut leaf handle, and one cabinet area with door.  The marble backsplash has three pieces and are not secured to the surface.  There appears to be cracks along the bottom surface inside the cabinet.  Measures 24.75 x 17 x 41.75”.

Vintage solid wood square coffee table features a beveled glass insert, turned legs and adorned X stretcher.  There is alot of wear and tear on top surface and edges.  Measures 36 x 36 x 17.25”.

This rustic wood ladderback chair features a leather seat with leather lacing that is in good condition, however the wood shows signs of wear and tear.  Measures 16.75 x 15.5 x 33.75”.

Antique wash stand with marble top features carved solid wood, one drawer with wooden pulls and dovetail joinery, and two doors with decorative keyholes and white porcelain type knob that open into large separated cabinet area.   The drawer could not be fully opened, and one cabinet does not close flush swinging inward.  There is discoloration in the marble and a chip in left arm of marble top where bolted.  There are cracks down both sides of the stand with signs of wear, water marks, and scratches.  Measures 34.75 x 18.75 x 36.25”.

Two antique victorian style solid wood wash stands.  The larger one has wear from age and use including surface scratches, glued pieces and faded finish.  Both have one drawer with dovetail joinery, a lower shelf, and two towel hangers.  Measurements are 28.5 x 15 x 33.75” and 21.25 x 12.5 x 30”.

Antique camel back dome top steamer trunk features embossed metal and solid wood with hinges and locking mechanism.  Both handles are missing.  The inside of the trunk is lined with decorative paper that is worn and torn and includes a removable storage insert. Two vintage lacquered wood panels with Chinoiserie enamel and gold painting; and shell, abalone, or mother of pearl inlay. One depicts a rickshaw scene, the other birds and flowers. No country of origin. Each panel measures 8 1/4" x 12".

An upright piano marked Lester Philadelphia, an upholstered bench seat that opens to storage compartment, and a variety of music books and sheet music. Piano measures 57.5 x 25 x 37”.

Beautiful buttons on salesman sample cards.There are a total of 21 button cards along with some loose buttons and an unusual pair of vintage scissors in the shape of a stork. There are also 18 paper ads and a pricing sheet from March of 1957. 

The Nord-Buffum Pearl Co. was located in Louisiana, Missouri and was known world wide for their "pearl buttons." A piece punched from a Mississippi River mussel shell was was ground, polished and drilled. Small particles from the mussel shells were placed in pearl producing oysters which inflamed the oyster and caused it to produce pearls. 

Vintage pedestal desk composed of solid wood features nine drawers with dovetail joinery, brass like hardware, and castor wheels for easy mobility.  The desk is unmarked.  There are light scratches and chipping on the finish and moulding.  Measures 46 x 23.75 x 32.5”.

Two silverware chests (no silverware included). One is a blond wood with rose colored interior and is 16” wide, 11 1/2” deep and 6” high. This chest is from 1847 Rogers Bros. It has grooves in the side and one drawer with ornate hardware. The other chest is a deep brown wood with a blue interior. It has a plain brass placque on the top and brass handles on the sides along with a drawer. Both chests are lined with anti tarnish cloth.

Set of nine vintage Franklin Mint Jam or jelly jars with small spoons. These were issued in 1988. Set has grape, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cherry, plum, currant, peach and orange and are approximately 4” tall. These jars are from the Le Cordon Bleu collection and are in very good condition.

Three pieces of enamelware. Two coffee pots and one pot with lid and handle. One coffee pot has an attached lid and is 8 1/2” tall. The other coffee pot is a lighter blue and is 6 /2” tall. The pot is 6” in diameter and is 4” high. It has a lid and handle.

Set of four vintage ceramic canisters from Bee House Japan. Sizes are 4”, 5 1/2”, 8” and 10” tall. Each has a kid with sturdy clasp and seal. The tallest has a handle. The canisters are in very good condition. No cracks or chips. A good cleaning is needed.

Two Corningware pans with handles. One is 7” and one is 6 1/2” diameter. The largest has a lid. Both are the Spice of Life pattern. Also included is a large meat platter (P-19) in the Blue Cornflower pattern. A partial set of International Tableworks dishes in the Strawberry Lane pattern. Set includes 7 dinner plates, 2 salad plates, 1 small bowl and 7 coffee cups (no saucers). Dishes have a delicate raised strawberry & leaves pattern.

Rustic Pottery jar with an inset lid. Possibly a cookie jar. The lid has a few blemishes on the edge as shown. Two ceramic ducks in a dark blue and soft blue to bluish white color. The ducks bodies are the lids and the bases are styled to look like wicker baskets. None of the pieces are marked.

Orange and green small bowls with lids plus an extra brown lid. Deviled egg carrier with removable egg holder inserts, large cake or cupcake carrier with straps to seal and carry. Four rectangular containers, with lids and a gold biscuit cutter. Nice assortment.

This set has 14 Teddington Bears and a painted wooden display box. These bears were issued in 1986. The Display case is 16 1/2” wide, 23” high and 3” deep. Figures are 4” tall.

Set of two acrylic boxes with diorama Valentines. 12” long, 10” wide, 4” deep.

Four vintage valentines. Two are dioramas and two are matted and framed. The Valentines have soft vintage colors with Cupids and flowers, The framed Easter card has a fabric background, clover that says Happy Easter Greetings in gold ink and yellow chicks leading an egg carriage. All frames are painted gold wood.

Set of two frames ( 7 1/2” x 9 1/2 x 2”) with tiny porcelain dolls. Each doll has a painted face and shoes and a fabric dress and pantaloons. Dolls range from 1” to 3”, most of them are 2” tall. There are five dolls in each frame. This lot also includes two small wooden shadow boxes with glass fronts. Neither has a back.

Group of three lovely vintage handmade hooked rugs with floral design, a peacock, and soaring eagle.  The pink floral rug is coming unraveled.  

This rug is 36” in diameter and features 8 different colored cats lapping at a center bowl of milk. Background colors are cream and soft blue with a tan border. Rug is 100% acrylic and is machine washable. Wooden kitty statue is 15” high.

A mix of assorted multi-colored woven rag rugs in various sizes, including one runner rug.  Floral rag rug coming unraveled.  All rugs could use a good cleaning.

A pair of colorful vintage Dresden pattern quilts, that appear to be hand stitched.  Each fit on a full size bed.  Bed and mattress not included.
