Rowlett Estate Sale Clothes, Collectables, Dishes, Furniture, Garage, Jewelry, Mid-Century Table, Office, Patio, Rugs, Tools & Vintage We are having another great Estate Sale in Rowlett near Rowlett Road & North of Hickox Road. The house has a double garage and is for sale. Stop by early for the best selection. We look forward to seeing you at the sale! In the Entry/Living Room we have a nice assortment of Asian items including some interesting stacking tables. There is also a nice Ginger Jar Lamp and some vases. There is a Camelback Hide-A-Bed, a nice 1950’s framed mirror with curio shelves (it’s awesome). We have a great shelf / storage unit that holds lots of nice crystal pieces. We have a closet full of Vacation / Cruise wear. We also have a nice selection of costume jewelry in addition to some framed pictures and wall sconces. The hall contains a great modern oak wash stand with mirror, pitcher and bowl. We also have some very nice After-Five Dresses hanging on the doors. In the Corner Bedroom we have a vintage set of French provincial Twin Beds with Headboards, Footboards, and Rails. We have two sets of Twin Mattresses w/Box Springs. We have two French provincial chests of drawers, an awesome French provincial Vanity with fold down Mirror and matching Bench, and we also have a nice French provincial Night Table. This room has lots of bedding for both Twin & Full size beds. We also have some decorator items and lamps. The Family Room / Dinning area we have lots of interesting and vintage items. We have a vintage Drop Leaf small Table with drawer, a nice Recliner, a vintage three drawer Dresser and a grand Mahogany Desk. This room also has a nice wall unit. The unit has two sections that have open shelves and a middle section with double display glass upper doors and storage behind the lower double doors. Make sure you look on the shelves of the three units for lots of interesting Knick-Knacks and Books. All three units have lights. We have three Brass Fire Place Tool sets; all in great condition. We have two couches. a nice wood and glass coffee table, and a mid-size area rug. We also have a double-shelf four leaf clover End Table and a six-sided End Table with a carved top covered with glass. There is a nice oak rocking chair and a nice assortment of magazine racks. The Dining Room Table is a mid-century large Drop Leaf with one center leaf to create a really large Oval table. There are ten (10) mid-century Dining chairs (one has arms). We also have a large area rug in a great pattern. We have a grand set of Pier One Dishes (very heavy) and another smaller set of china dishes (from Japan). There are many unusual and vintage dishes, serving pieces, an etched punch bowl set with cups, bowls, plates and other collectables. We have lots of framed pictures along the walls. Check out the large framed Stained Glass Peacock in the hallway. In the Kitchen / Eating area we have an awesome iron and wood corner Bakers Rack with double door storage at the bottom. We have a great rolling serving cart or rolling bar (solid wood) with double door storage with each end having a drop leaf. This piece is a must have. We also have a nice traditional iron Bakers Rack, a small round table, bird cages, planters, and lots of floral arrangements. We have lots of lamps with shades (BNI) on the kitchen bar area along with floral arrangements and other knick-knacks. The kitchen has lots of bowls, plates, utensils, floral arrangements, and plaques. We have some nice stainless pots and pans and a large set of China Dishes (from Japan), in addition to a set of blue and white everyday dishes. We have a Whirlpool Gold White Fridge / Freezer and some interesting magnets. We also have a nice Magic Chef Microwave oven. We have some nice counter and hand appliances like a Cascadia maker, a Bread maker, a Juicer with attachments, a hand mixer, and lots more. In the Master Bed Room / Master Bath we have set up an entire boutique. The Master has After Five items, Shoes, Scarves, Shorts, Pants, Crop Pants, Jeans, Skirts, Blouses, Sweaters and much more. It also is home to a few chairs and two tall artificial trees and a very tall Oak book case (Saturday pickup). There is a great Thomasville Chest of Drawers with Matching Nightstand – both in great condition. We have a very nice room rug in addition to a Vintage Round Double Deck Table. The Master Bath is full of interesting bath items and lots of great bedding for Queen and King-size beds. We also have Throw Pillows, a Hamper and a Towel Warmer. The Master Walk-in Closet is full of Pajamas, Night Gowns and Lounge Wear in addition to Purses and knits – Great for Gift Giving! In the Utility Room we have lots of Coats, Jackets and Vests. This room also has an assortment of Throw Rugs, Hall Rugs, and a nice Glider / Rocking Chair. There is also a very nice Tall (lingerie) Chest. Check out the framed pictures in the long hallway!. In the Office we have a large framed Painting, a small Computer Desk, a small Oak Computer Desk with pullout keyboard drawer. 33 RPM records, 45 RPM records, and VHS tapes. We have another Desk with a single drawer, and an office chair on casters. We have a Toshiba TV with matching stand, and a vintage Panasonic TV console. We have a nice glass-front electronics cabinet and a small Printer/Microwave cabinet on casters. We also have a Magnavox record player and an AM/FM Radio in a solid wood console. We have a pair of RCA Speakers and a pair of vintage Crown Vega Speakers in wood cases. There are playing cards, note cards, spiral note books, lots of small area rugs, and small electronics like telephones and a Canon Rebel camera. In the Double Garage we have lots of Christmas lights; Icicles, large bulb lights and small bulb holiday lights. As usual, come early for the best selection. We have a white metal baker’s rack and a white metal room divider. There are Children’s books, lots of vacuum cleaners, bins and Elf storage units along with plenty of storage totes. There is a four drawer File Cabinet, a Full Mattress and Box, a Tapestry Wall Hanging with Rod. We have Luggage and carry-on Bags, and an indoor outdoor area rug. There are lots of animals and garden statues as well as pots. We have garland and florals and lots of Christmas arrangements. We have a Breezy Wheel Chair, a round metal Patio Table and a six foot aluminum ladder. For your indoor exercise we have a Cardio Glide and other hand items. We also have some other area rugs, Sun Shield for car windows, some hand tools and vintage phones. We have a 10” Bench Saw by Delta (it’s New), and a Workbench 560. We have a pair of Connely FLEX Skis, lots of Poinsettia Arrangements (most in Baskets) and much more. The garage has lots of hidden treasures, so you may want to spend a little extra time here.
