Any item left behind after the specific date or dates will be considered abandonded and will be forfeited, unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements have been made prior. Bidder also agrees to hold auctioneer [auctioneer agents] Seller, Consignor harmless from any personal injury to himself/ herself or agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises during pickup.

Michael P. Weaver Auctioneers will not provide shipping services, also auctioneer does not provide loading services during pickup. Buyers should make sure that they have help to load, and equipment to move heavy items [such as hand trucks, carts ect]. Auctioneer can obtain local UPS shipping center phone numbers for buyers. WINNING BIDDERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR PICKUP AT APPOINTED TIMES.

Items that will need to be shipped will need to send any and all FFL Paperwork to The Little Sportsman Shop in Northumberland and pay them for items plus shipping before items ship. If you are Picking up your items in person you may pay for items at the time on pick up in cash, or Credit Card w/4% fee. You May pick up items on Wenesday May 15th from 11:00am -5:00pm at The Little Sportsman Shop Located at 1153 Susquehanna Trail, Northumberland Pa 17857
