Treasure Chest Estate Sales makes every attempt to ensure that all items are authentic and that all photographs and descriptions are accurate and error free. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. If the item is described as gold, the item is either marked as such, acid tested, electronically tested, or XRF tested

Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sale’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.

If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.

The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.

Pickup: Sunday, May 5 11:00AM – 2:00PM. IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING ALLOTED PICK-UP TIMES, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

Shipping is available within 3/4 business days after the auction completion. Shipping/handling and shipping insurance fee will be charged to your card on file. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damage to any items once items have been turned over to a shipping facility.
