**Agent 86 Auction Details** **Auctions Closing on Friday- Saturday- Sunday- Monday: Have Two Pickup Options Available** Tuesday & Wednesday 11:30 am- 6:00 pm Saturday is NOT a pickup option **Pickup Deadline:** All items must be picked within the posted pickup times - Items not collected by this time are considered forfeit and will be relisted - NO REFUND **Settlement and Pickup Information:** - Invoices not settled by the end of the published loadout will be marked as a "No Show," negatively affecting your bidder account. **Emergency/Extended Pickup Requests:** In case of emergencies preventing pickup, we offer as a courtesy extension fee-free until the following Wednesday- Tuesday or Wednesday 1130-6 PM ONLY- Email all requests for extended pickup to Agent86help@gmail.com before the end of the published loadout timeframe. No phone calls or text messages will be accepted for extended pickup requests. Please note that the refund policy is not extended for late pickups. Please refrain from bidding if you cannot pick up within the posted timeframes. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation. **Return Policy:** All return/refund requests must be emailed to Agent86help@gmail.com before 6:00 pm Friday following the auction close. We do not accept phone calls or text messages; please use email only. When requesting a refund, please attach a PDF copy of your invoice to the email, and specify in the body of the email which lots need returned. This policy is not extended for late pickups.
