Behm’s Auction & Real Estate Services has been commissioned by the family of the late Jim Pettit, owner of Eagle Machine, to sell the entire inventory of EQUIPMENT – TOOLS – SUPPLIES – ACCESSORIES from this large building. This equipment was in operation till the death of Mr. Pettit and is ready to be placed back in operation and put back to work.
Auction is located off Route 250 between Pleasant Valley & Route 891. Watch for signs. The 3 phase machines are currently wired up with power. These will be disconnected prior to removal.
Lots will close beginning with Lot 1 on Friday, June 14 at 6:00 pm with a soft closing. “Any item that receives a bid within one minute of closing will extend bidding for an additional minute. As such, a lot may remain open for bidding while other lots listed after it will continue to close unless bids are placed on them as well. Removal of small items is Saturday, June 14 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon at the location above. Buyer is responsible for removal of items. Arrangements for removal of the larger machines can be made with the owner. No large machines will be removed before 12 noon on Saturday to lessen the confusion.
