All items are sold as is/where is with no warranty or guarantee, please inspect items thoroughly prior to biding. Buyer is responsible for purchased items from the moment the auctioneer announces "sold". All purchased items must be paid for on sale day. All items must be removed from auction site no later than Sunday 5:00 pm June 30th. A 10% buyers premium will be charged on any item $5000.00 or less. No buyers premium for items over $5000.01. A $50.00 documentation fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled or licensed vehicle. We will accept cash, checks and credit cards. Checks over $2500.00 require a bank letter of guarantee.
