Listing Information

Tuesday December 8th brings us to Regena’s family home at7907 Garry Oak Drive Citrus Heights 95610 from 9-4 to liquidate her parent’s home. Here is a short bio for you all to enjoy!

Bea and Dale Carpenter moved to Citrus Heights in 1976 and were involved in seeing the house being built.  They had moved from the San Fernando valley where Dale worked and retired from Douglas Aircraft which eventually became Boeing.   They made a life here with their new home and worked in the yard which they both loved.  Dale joined the Elks and spent years there making many friends.  They also made many trips to Reno and Tahoe.   After Dale died in 1997, Bea continued to live in the house until her death in 2013.    After 40 years of living here and 90 years of life, there are many treasures and household goods here.
