Dallas (Preston Hollow) - Estate Sale Antiques, Clothes, Collectables, Crystal, Dishes, Furniture, Garage, Jewelry, Office, Patio, TV's, Tools, Vintage & Yard We have a great Estate Sale in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas near Preston Road and Walnut Hill Lane this week. We’re starting with a nice assortment of collectables throughout the house and an oversized double garage full of tools, vintage items, and collectables. Stop by early for the best selection in antiques and vintage furniture, jewelry, clothing, and collectables. We look forward to seeing you at the sale! In the Entry/Living Room we have a great oval entry mirror with half-moon glass/brass table, a larger vintage wood hanging three drawer storage and a vintage wooden hanging timecard holder. We also have a porcelain double handle planter/foot bath in blue and white. We have a nice assortment of mostly costume jewelry. Please ask for help when you are interested in jewelry that is in the cases or in plastic bags. Thank you! We also have lots of interesting lamps (BNI) and a nice assortment of collectables and knick-knacks, a camelback love seat and camelback couch (with matching throw pillows), nice side tables and desks (secretary and Duncan Phyfe drop leaf). We even have a nice piano with bench. We also have a collection of Chinese items; bowls, lions and figurines located on a glass and bamboo side table. We also have some nice ladies leather purses; Coach, Dooney & Bourke and Louis Vuitton. There have some very nice room size rugs and area rugs in great condition throughout the house, so you may find more than one that you like. We also have some nice vintage pictures and a few paintings/prints throughout the house. In the Dining Room we have two awesome barley twist carved chairs and barley twist tables (one is a smaller drop leaf). We also have a very large rectangular wood framed mirror. We have two matching embellished tables (with drawer). We have a lighted oak break front consisting of three separate pieces with nice glass shelves. We also have plenty of stemmed wine, water, and brandy glasses to choose from. We also have an oak oval/round dining table with one large leaf. There are also four dining side chairs and two dining arm chairs. We have lots of china sets to choose from - all with serving pieces; just in time for the holidays. We have lots of napkins, placemats and tablecloths as well. We have an assortment of vintage serving dishes, platers, and pitchers. The Kitchen/Eating Area is full of many interesting serving pieces, pots and pans, dishes and glasses, bakeware and casserole dishes as well as utensils. The eating area has a great red painted wood table (with one leaf) and there are four chairs (with pads). There is a retro stained glass Tiffany style hanging lamp (about 40 years old), red dishes from Italy, some large vintage trays and rooster lamps (BNI). We have a carrousel microwave and assorted small appliances. The Family Room has many interesting items including DVD’s (many are series) and lots of Knick-Knacks. We have a heavy overstuffed floral couch (lots of pillows), a variety of afghan throws, a small white swivel rocker recliner, a tapestry push back recliner, and a black & white checked ottoman. We have an antique natural chest and a painted white wood dresser along with a very large round wall mirror. We have four TV’s (two are flat screens), and some electronics. We also have a nice mounted ram’s head, an antique crank telephone, a large green bird cage, and a vintage wood medicine cabinet. There is also a nice room size area rug with framed pictures and a fireplace screen. Down the hallway you will find three bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath. The hallway is lined with pictures, eight padded folding chairs, head boards, and clothing items. The Office has lots of built-in shelves that full of office items and knick-knacks. You will find some craft items, a nice white wood painted desk, a vintage hanging wood shelf and lamps (BNI). We have men’s clothing in the closet along with hats, shoes, belts and lots of socks. We have some nice red Samsonite luggage, two sets of nice Queen Mattresses and Box Springs (one is a pillow top). We have a nice work table and two nice high folding chairs. There are lots of placemats, hand towels, and a vintage dresser mirror. We have an embroidery/quilting floor hoop and a vintage white painted wood dresser with mirror. We have assorted lamps (BNI) and an electric adding machine, along with office supplies. We have a nice high back leather chair and a black storage box. We also have lots of throw pillows and interesting books, games, and playing cards. The Jack & Jill Bath hosts framed pictures, lots of towels, blood pressure gauges, and over the counter bandages, creams, alcohol and more. We have two folding walkers, lots of ladies PJ’s and night gowns. We also have a nice walker with breaks and a built in seat (like new), a weight scale, lamps (BNI) and hair dryer. The Master Bedroom / Boutique has three nice racks and a closet full of ladies clothing. We have skirts, blouses, pants, tops, knit tops, t-shirts, capris, jackets, blazers, after five (short & long) dresses. We have two vintage barrel chairs and a matching floor and table lamp (BNI) along with a round table with a glass top and tablecloth. There are also framed pictures along with a very large room size rug, a King Size Pillow Top Mattress and Box Spring, and a nice fabric King Headboard. The Front Corner Bedroom has lots of vintage and some antique furniture along with a very large room size rug along with ladies clothing. We have a double dresser with framed mirror and a matching night stand and tall chest of drawers. We have an antiques desk with three sides of wood panel and a longer drawer (very nice). We have lots of bedding for double, queen and king. We have assorted lamps (BNI), framed pictures, and some pillows. We have lots of very nice ladies clothing from after five to casual. There are a few purses and some ladies hats. We have a grand heavy duty vintage desk with a middle drawer and two side drawers (great item) and finally a painter red armoire/tv/storage unit. We have a vintage mirror, a round table with glass top and some linen tablecloths. We have curtains, valances, ladies belts, clutch purses and another King Mattress and Box Spring set. The large oversized double Garage is next to the kitchen and is full of many different new to vintage collectables including tools. Note: there are two steps down into the garage - so watch your step! We have fishing rods and reels and tackle. We have a DEWALT Circular Saw (like new) and other DEWALT bench tools, extension cords, battery charger, a tall cushioned chair, and two wrought iron vintage small garden chairs. We have lawn and garden chemicals, and cleaning products. There are tool boxes, vacuum cleaners (three or four) and sanders. We have golf clubs and bags, a vintage Schwinn 10-speed Bike, a corner armoire/tv/storage unit, and lots of lawn and garden tools. There are two fertilizer spreaders, a tiller and lawn mower, two grills (one is a CharBroil), vintage tables, pictures, furniture, and lots of coolers. We have lots of battery-powered hand tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools. There is a floor and carpet scrubber and a large iron pot. We have a five-drawer file cabinet (with key), a large three-piece floor jack, a fridge/freezer and a full size freezer (Whirlpool & Kenmore) both are white and work well. We also have an Electric Treadmill, a programmable Exercise Bike, and a Gazelle.
