The Sears family opened the Sears Flooring Company in 1932 on Long Beach Blvd. (Located in the same building as Jongewaard's Bake n Broil) The Company’s last CEO, retired in 2000 and has decided to down size their historic residence. The residence was built in 1922, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Bixby Knolls.
