ALL Items must be paid for at completion of sale and before removal. All items sell as is. All announcements day of sale take precedence over all matters in print. Not responsible for accidents or merchandise after it is sold. For those items being shipped, not responsible for accidents or merchandise after it is shipped. If buyer would like additonal insurance above the standard insurance for shipping option, it is at the buyers expense. If purchased over the internet, arrangements must be made within 3 days after notification for pickup or shipping. If items are not picked up / or shipping arrangements made within 3 business days after sale, payment will be processed and items become the property of the auction company |

Church auction is located at St. Joseph Parish, Champion (Address 5996 County Road K, New Franken, Wi 54229)
The Silent Auction will be in person only and will start at 10am
Auction Bidding will open on the 31st of August and close on September 8th at Noon
