All items sold as is where is. We do our very best to examine all itmes carefully, disclose and picture any defect in an item. INSPECTION AT PREVIEW IS ENCOURAGED
When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium. Auction Company does NOT help with load out. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! Items must be paid for before removal. Guns transfer: Buyer is responsible for all gun transfer fees. Peoples Choice Pawn on Jordan St. in Mt. Vernon, IL. will handle transfers for a $25 fee. Instructions will be sent in your invoice. Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. In the event another time has been arranged and buyer fails to pick up within 30 days, item will be considered abandoned. Customers are, however, still responsible for payment. Auction company reserves the right to bid on any item on behalf of the seller to the reserve. The system will not increase your bid to reserve even if you put in full reserve amount, so auction company may place bid close to the reserve amount Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up. Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING ON THIS AUCTION Credit card, check or cash. Bring your own muscle. Auction company nor seller is allowed to help with load out of heavy items per insurance. There is a 15% buyer's premium added to high bid. This figure shows up when placing bid. We will only allow bidders from the United States and Canada. Auction comapny will charge HIBID card on file in the event payment is not made by close of pick up time. Vehicle title will be released if paid for by cash. If not, a bill of sale will be given to buyer and title mailed 10 days after auction. Mattresses have had plastic protectors. trundle bed has a wheel off/bent. Notice one bent brace in bottom bunk. This will not be on site for preview. Youa re welcome to make an appointment. 7 Handmade quilt. Slight stain on the back. Measure 70� x 91� 9 Swivel rocker recliner. Has been scratched considerably by a cat. 10 Diebold Safe W/ circular door. Rated Safe safe is 32 x 32 x 29...with stand, stands 63". SN:78571 This safe is not on site with other items. Must be picked up in Woodlawn Illinois by appointment 13 Antique Hammerless double action .32 Needs pin 15 Mosler Safe SN: 514543 Round door inside bottom round door access is off hinges. 20 Westminster chime mantle clock. Appears to be in good working condition 24 Folding table and four chairs. There�s been some glue or something on the table. We were not able to get off. 28 Entertainment center. Think of the crafty possibilities! 29 32 34 37 Chair. Comfortable but it looks darker than what it does in the picture. 49 Two chairs blue one is a recliner. They need to be cleaned up, but they sit good. Real comfortable 61 Dining table with two leaves and eight white upholstered chairs 62 65 Lift bed with Tempur-pedic mattress. Mattress is like memory foam and appears to be new. we could not get the foot control to work on the lift, but the head control works beautifully 66 Outdoor fountain/decor. Appears to be a resin type material 71 New, twin king, coil Brookside mattress, box, springs, and frame 72 77 Corner China cabinet with glass shelves, and mirrored back. Glass shelves are wrapped up nicely to prevent breakage. Beautiful piece. Very difficult to get a good picture� Come out and take a look at it. 87 90 Solid wood drop leaf game table with four folding chairs. Folding chairs store inside the table. 92 Dining table and four chairs. One of the chairs has a leg that has some splinter off. 94 Kalamera wine cooler model KRC-52SFZ Appears to work as it should 95 Kalamera wine fridge model KRC-157DZB. Wood wine racks. Very nice. Appears to work as it should 97 Dagger that fits on a rifle. Blade is 20.5 inches. Overall kength is 25.25 Handle is stamped L1516. Scabbard is stamped in � 57762. Blade appears to have French writing in 1877 102 103 107 110 Signed Painting by V. Nehlig N. York 1801. Year looks like 1801 to me. Use your judgement 112 Bosch universal plus mixer. Never used just opened the box to show 113 116 120 Whirlpool over the range microwave. Was installed but the spouse did not like it. Was purchased May 11, 2024. Plate and turntable are inside box as well as hardware 122 13 48 inch fluorescent bulbs. One case of tin bulbs is new and unopened. The other one has three in it. 125 4 China dolls. I don�t see any cracks or chips.
