The house is full of collectables and interesting items all in great condition just waiting to be found. There is an oversized double garage along with eight (8) large rooms packed full of interesting stuff, and there is something for everyone at this sale. In the Entry/Living Room we have a great carved umbrella stand and an interesting oval mirror along with a nice Sligh Grandfather Clock (It working great!). There is some costume jewelry and sterling along with a collection of eggs, a table of Asian items, a collection of Oil Lamps, a nice framed oil painting, some nice lamps with shades (BNI), and clocks, vintage furniture (couch and overstuffed chair), a round coffee table, and other interesting pieces. We have two (2) awesome German hand carved and painted candles. We have a collection of cast iron banks, cars, a salt & pepper shaker collection, and much more. The Dining Room is crammed full of Dishes and pottery. We have two (2) sets of Noritake China, Red Wing Pottery (Tampico), Johnson Brothers Blue Nordic Ironstone dishes, Wedgewood Quince dishes, Tea Pots; Sadler, Staffordshire, The Port of Hastings, and more. We have some Russian Legends Collectable plates and other plates from Bavaria, Germany, France, and England. There is some crystal, great cake plates, more cast iron banks, Depression glass, carnival glass, and etched plates and glasses. We have a nice set of Lincoln Royal Embassy China along with Hull and Roseville Pottery. We have some nice vintage framed vans, many great framed pictures and plaques, milk glass, maple drop-leaf table with two leaves, two (2) arm chairs and four (4) side chairs. There is a nice two piece hutch and a vintage curved glass single door break front. The Kitchen/Eating Area is packed full of many interesting serving pieces, pots and pans, dishes and glasses, coke glasses, and casserole dishes as well as utensils. The eating area has a great Oak (round/oval) table with one leaf and four (4) side chairs. We have many items that are New in the Box. You’ll find a butter churn, crock pots, many pitchers, and appliances: Kitchen Aid, Krupp’s; Coffee and Expresso, Hamilton Beach Can Opener, Jack LaLanne Juicer, Bistro Mixer, Crock Pot Slow Cooker and more. You will find a Barrel Bar on wheels (an interesting piece), and lots of Corningware, Pyrex and a Sharp Carrousel Microwave Oven. We have a nice West Bend Cake Caddy, mugs, cups and serving dishes. We have bar items, openers, shot glasses, bottle stops and more. If you like gadgets we have plenty along with colorful bottles, jars and bowls. We have lots of egg plates, a Great Bottle Collection, a large dish set of White German Rosenthal – Maria dishes, Mexican Pottery, a Micas Dish set, and so much more. The Laundry Room/Pantry/Hallway has lots of interesting items including; a White GE Gas Washer with extra-large capacity (like new), and a White Maytag Neptune Electric Dryer (like new), light bulbs, cleaning items, laundry supplies, and paper products. The pantry is full of Bakeware items, molds, two (2) pressure cookers (one is new). Canning items, wok, pie plates, nut grinders, mini grinders, and more. The Vintage Bedroom has lots of bells, Vintage and Shabby Chic dressers and small chests. We have interesting framed pictures, two full wood (2) head and footboards with slats (1 has rails) a twin headboard and footboard with slats. We have lots of wood boxes, a vintage GE floor fan and GE table fan – both work great. There are two (2) vintage ice cream churners, one vintage heavy milk can, food scales, a vintage National Pressure Cooker (clean), lots of vintage tins, vintage fire truck, vintage cast iron red Corn Sheller (great condition), wood molds, typewriters, Holiday flags, desk top clip on work lights (working), wood wine racks, vintage bottles, some vintage toys, frames pictures and much more. The large double garage has a Schwinn exercise bike, glass top round patio table, for (4) patio chairs, lots of flower pots, two (2) rocker patio chairs, Ice chests, lots of garden tools, old cabinets, milk, Stanley Back Pack Sprayer (new), lots of jars and bottles, two (2) Singer Sewing Machine stands, lots of hand tools, nuts, bolts, wrenches, screw drivers, etc. We have saws and more saws, files, drill bits, chisels, pipe wrenches, clamps, levels, tapes measures, and more. We have many file cabinets, boxes; metal and wood, army cot, vintage hanging lights, hand drills, cobblers tools, ladders; six (6) foot step (fiber glass) an eight (8) foot step ladder (heavy duty) and two (2) extension ladders (medium/tall). Family Room has many interesting items including an Antique Oak Ball and Claw Table/Desk with single drawer and bottom shelf (in Great condition). A vintage Fold down Desk with dividers, a Great Black Leather Electric Reclining Chair (Like New), two Brown Leather Push Back Reclining Chairs by Seven Seas Seating, a Dell Monitor, a nice Compac Desktop Computer (w/Windows 7 Home Premium), an Epson Color Printer, an Epson Scanner, Cameras and Equipment; Canon & Nikon. We have Hard Cover Books, End Tables, Lamps with Shades (BNI) lots of framed pictures and plates. We have Fireplace screens including a vintage art deco fan screen, two lanterns, brass tools, and lots of wood carved birds. We also have two (2) barley twist side chairs, vintage marbles, matches, collection of brass items and lots of interesting nut crackers. We have some really nice small picture frames, interesting knick-knacks, a collection of Hermann Bears (still in original boxes); English Rose with Tea Set 89, Irish Paddy Bear 171, Dutch Girl Bear 458, Classic Bavarian Bear 753and Old Christmas Bear 372 and a nice fire-proof safe (key at desk). We have some interesting decanters some with leather and other like; Robert E. Lee decanter, Poncho Villa and Rodolfo Fierro decanter and Texas Ranger 1887 decanter. We have some electronics like; a Toshiba and Mitsubishi VHS players, a Phillips DVD players, some interesting vintage radios, AT&T phone, two (2) containers of 33 vinyl records, Panasonic Record Player and AM/FM Radio amp with two tall speakers. We also have a pair of Bose bookshelf speakers. We have some collectable ash trays and clocks. We have wall clocks in many rooms (all keys at Desk) we have a Ansonia German Wall Clock with Beveled Glass, a 31 Day Wall Clock in Oak Case, Seth Thomas Mantel Clock, Seth Thomas Brass & Glass Clock and many more. Come early for the best selection. We also have a Brass Floor Lamp and a more modern Floor Lamp both with shades (BNI). We also have Sky Country North American Indian Dolls (in original boxes). Down the hallway you will find Three (3) Bedrooms and a Master Bath/Closet. The hallway is lined with framed pictures and plates, lots of candles, assorted Christmas items, and some vintage and folding tables. The Main Bathroom/Master Closet has over the counter items like; Kleenex, Rubber Gloves, Bar Soaps, Towels, Collectable Bottles, Balmex Adult Care Cream, Cottonella, Witch Hazel, Sea Shells, Walkers, Luggage, Walking Canes, and Tissue Holders. In the Master Closet we have scarves, lots of vintage name brand ladies clothing (great bargains), hats, caps, and much more. The Middle Bedroom has two twin bed head and footboards with rails and slats. We also have one twin mattress and box spring (like new). There is a great tall Oak book shelf with adjustable shelves. We have a set of two adjustable nesting tables, a Vintage Oak Pulldown Desk, a great vintage Chest of Drawers and an interesting Bird lamp with shade (BNI). There are many wall and mantel clocks in this room as well. We have a vintage 2-piece ceramic Christmas tree (works great) and a lighted vintage Church. There are a number of assorted wood game boards, lots of framed pictures, alarm clocks, and we have another Singer Sewing Machine with wood case. It needs to be wired, but has all the parts except for a missing belt. This one comes with a matching bench. We have a Sharp Twin Energy vacuum cleaner with attachments, and it works well! We have lots of interesting games (many wood) and playing cards. There is also a larger cast iron stove. There is also a box of Easter items, Halloween Items, and a bit more Christmas. There is a floor Fan that works great. And finally there is another darker more modern Chest of Drawers. This room is full of interesting knick-knacks as well. We have a vintage chair and many interesting wood items on the vintage desk. We also have brass book ends, Christmas ornaments, a desk clock, and much more. The Front Corner Bedroom/Master has lots of interesting furniture and sewing items. We have a Singer Sewing Machine #401 Slant-O-Matic in Wood Case with attachments. It works well. We have thread, needles and all sorts of sewing notions including buttons. There is also an older sewing machine that works, but needs a new belt. We have a great Full Head and Footboard set with rails and slats. We also have a nice mattress and box spring set (like new). We also have lots of interesting bedding. How about a great Vanity Dresser with Oval attached Mirror. We also have a matching Chest of Drawers. There is a nice display cabinet with fold down Desk/Bar. We have many Framed Pictures and plates along with a few Wall Clocks. We have a collection of Thimble’s under a domed display case. We have vintage Sewing Boxes in nice condition. We have interesting lamps with Shades (BNI) and a small quilt rack. There are boxes of interesting linens; napkins, table clothes, doilies in good shape; and we even have some hand crocheted lace. The Back Corner Bedroom has a very large cedar chest full of very interesting items and large stack of handmade quilts (more than a dozen very nice ones). Most are in great shape, so come early for the best ones. We have boxes of vintage cook books and other interesting books. We have a tri-fold screen, a nice chest of drawers, and a great vintage rocker. We also have two (2) Husky Kerosene heaters (new). There are lots of framed pictures and plates in this room as well. We have two (2) boxes of insulators (one box with green and the other with clear). We also have another Singer sewing machine in wood case. It also needs a new belt but works fine. There are interesting craft items in this room along with yarn and a great Oak Bankers Chair. There are also two (2) new Solar Powered security Lights.
