Neighbors will be notified as well as law enforcement of the sale dates and times. If you start a list we will honor it if you are all there. If you sign your name to a list you must stay present with the list. Security on site prior and during sale. DO NOT WALK AROUND PROPERTY!!!!!!!! Parents must at all times attend to their children!
