All lots have a soft close.

13% buyer's premium and sales tax for NC residents and out of state residents picking up their items does apply, unless tax exempt number is supplied at check in.
Credit card required for registration. Payment options are cash at pick up or Credit card. Please let us know how you want to pay prior to close of auction by emailing bergmanauctions@gmail.com. Payment is expected with in 24 hours after close of auction if shipping. And by end of pick up day 2, if picking up.
All items must be paid for before shipping or at pick up.

Pick up days Friday August 30 1-5 pm and Saturday August 31 9am - 3 pm
Any items left longer than 2 weeks will become the property of Bergman Auctions with no refund.
Bergman Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures

Our Post auction process:
-At the close of the auction you will receive an unpaid invoice showing the lots won
-Upon receiving the invoice, IF you have not already done so, let us know if you need shipping.
-Over the next 2 days we will pack up the items for our shipping customers, calculate shipping cost and run the card on file. Email the customer a paid invoice and tracking info.
-Depending on the size of the auction and carrier, the packages could go into the mail anytime from Friday - Monday latest.
-Please check your spam folder as we often email questions/options regarding shipping to our customers to save them money.
- The 2 days following the auction are pick up days for those customers that choose to pick up. The customer has the option at pick up to pay cash (3% savings) or swipe a credit card. If a customer is sending someone to pick up their items, we can run the card on file. Otherwise, if paying with credit card, we would prefer to swipe the actual card as the credit card fees are less for us with a physical card vs manually typing the number in.
-Communication is key..... if there is a problem, we try to work with everyone. Card declines do happen, but card declines with no/prompt communication from the customer will get you banned from our auctions with negative feedback.
