This online estate auction features items from a gorgeous 3-bedroom condo in Rochester, conveniently 5 minutes from The Palace of Auburn Hills. The tenants have been collecting furniture from shops including Sterling Interior Design, Drexel Heritage, Boyles Furniture, Hudson's, Art Van and La-Z-Boy to name some. This sale has many great furniture pieces to offer, most documented with purchase dates and some have original receipts, electronics and tools have their original manuals and the majority of the products are in great working condition. Many pieces from the Great Room were bought in 1997 as part of an interior design project featuring a sofa, chairs, cocktail table, desk and lacquered chair. Other furniture in the room is from Drexel Heritage containing a dining room set with chairs, side chairs, China hutch and server. The Den offers a computer armoire with matching file cabinet and chair from Boyles Furniture, along with two La-Z-Boy recliners. Other Den items are an antique desk that was owned by the grandfather dates to a purchase sometime between 1920 and 1930 and two Stiffel brand lamps bought around the year 1993. Outdoor leisure products for purchase include a patio set with bar-height table, chairs, umbrella and a center accent light along with a 2-burner Weber grill. The kitchen has a Vizio Television bought through Amazon.com, oak table with chairs (table was refinished), two bar stools from Expo Design center and sturdy corner recipe book shelf. The Master Bedroom has much to offer starting with the King-sized bed, frame, box and mattress from Hudson's. There is also an armoire, dresser with mirror and night stand. The Loft has many pieces one would find fit well in a living room, office space or game room with bookcases, oak game table from Art Van, 48 inch table with chairs, Hi-Fi equipment, audio/video receiver and Infinity speakers. The Office has an open bookcase and oak futon from Mattresses & More. The Garage has a Sears 10" Radial Arm Saw with accessories, commercial freezer that works great, C6 Corvette car parts including a right headlamp and Corvette splash guards. The last items are vintage including a Singer Sewing Machine bought in 1970 and a Blue Fox Fur from Furs by Robert dating to 1985.
