This is an online only auction, no live auction will be held.

All items sell regardless of price, there are no reserve prices or minimum bids.

All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Items have not been tested by the auction company unless it is stated in the item description. An item listed as "runs and drives" only means the item's engine started and drove forward and backward on our yard and was not tested by our company in an extensive manor. If there are obvious mechanical flaws we may point them out if we see them, but we do not test every function of every item. Bidders are strongly encouraged to come test and inspect the items themselves.

Bids once placed cannot be retracted! Please read all descriptions and make sure you are prepared to complete the transaction before placing any bids!

Auction closing: The auction will begin closing at 9:30 AM Central Time on Saturday, June 29th, 2024.

The closing time of a lot will be automatically extended by 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on that lot
Linked lots: Some items in this auction are part of a linked lot group. Items in a linked lot group can be identified by the words "linked lot group #" shown on the lot tile of that item in the catalog. At the close of auction the clocks on the lots in linked lot groups will extend together, if extended bidding occurs on any of the lots in the group to allow bidders to bid on any of the lots during the close. None of the lots in the linked lot group will close until all lots in the group stop receiving bids. For you as a bidder, a linked lot group can help you when you are interested in one of several items that are in a group by allowing you to bid aggressively on the item in that group you like the most. Once you've exceeded the most you want to pay for the item in the group you like the most, you can then shift your bidding to one of the other items in the same group if you choose to as the bidding will still be open on the other items in the group.

Item inspection: Bidders will be able to inspect auction items at 4177 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014 on:

Monday through Friday from 8-4 while the auction is open for bidding
Saturdays from 8-noon while the auction is open for bidding
It is highly recommended that bidders inspect the items in person.

Winning bidders may pick their items up on:

Monday, September 30th through Friday, October 4th from 8 AM until 5:30 PM
Saturday, October 5th from 8 AM until Noon
Monday, October 7th through Friday, October 11th from 8 AM until 4 PM
Saturday, October 12th from 8 AM until Noon
NO SUNDAY LOAD OUTS
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION! Any items still in our yard after 14 days from the close of auction will incur a $20 per day storage charge per item. Any items still in our yard by the beginning of the next auction will be automatically re-consigned to the next auction regardless of payment status.
Item pick up location and info: 4177 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014, auction company will have staff and telehandlers on site to assist buyers with loading. Please note that we also have a 48" tall dock and a 30" tall dock.

Shipping: Schneider Auctioneers LLC WILL NOT offer shipping for this auction, we do however have a shipping companies we recommend. The buyer is responsible for negotiating, arranging and paying for shipping.

Age requirement: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

Buyer's premium: a 3.5% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $103.50 at check out.

Payment: Buyer is responsible for making payment in full within (7) seven days of the close of the auction. Payment must be made in full before auction items will be released to the buyer or their shipper. We do not automatically charge your card on file at the end of the auction as we do allow buyers to pay in person at the time buyer picks up their auction purchases. All items must be paid for in full by Saturday, October 5th at noon, NO EXCEPTIONS! Schneider Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to charge the credit card on file up to the total purchase price if the purchaser does not pay their invoice in full by Saturday, October 5th at noon .

Forms of payment accepted:

New buyers (buyers that have not purchased from us before) that spend over $5,000 must pay by bank wire transfer or cash. We will email you our bank wire transfer information after we email invoices at the conclusion of the auction.

Sales tax: Some items being sold in this auction (items that do not qualify for the agriculture sales tax exemption) require sales tax of 6.975% to be charged and will be noted as such in their description. Titled vehicles may require sales tax to be charged at the time of registration in the buyer's licensing jurisdiction.

Vehicle safety & emissions inspections: All vehicles in this auction sell as is without any safety or emissions inspections. Any inspections required by the buyer's home state are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The seller of the vehicle nor the auction company make any guarantees as to the ability of any vehicle to pass a safety or emissions inspection.

Titled vehicle title assignment & sales tax: Titles must be assigned to either an individual or company at the time the vehicle is paid for and picked up. Schneider Auctioneers LLC will not distribute titles with open assignments. The buyer of any item in this auction that has a title will be responsible for paying sales tax in their home licensing jurisdiction upon registration if applicable. The auction company does not collect any sales tax on titled items. The sale price appearing on title assignment and the Missouri bill of sale is the total purchase price paid. Purchase price is paid = winning bid price + buyer's premium.

Title & possession of auction items: Title and possession of any and all auction items does not pass to the purchaser until all of the items purchased in this auction by the purchaser are paid for in full by the purchaser.

Insurance for items purchased: Auction Company will provide insurance coverage for the purchaser’s auction items against theft or vandalism only, while the items are in the possession of the Auction Company. The Auction Company does not provide any insurance coverage against wind or tornado damage, hail, fire, or any other act of God, weather, terrorism or natural disaster. Auction Company recommends that purchaser bind insurance coverage for the auction items once the items are paid for in full by the purchaser.

Sellers of items in this auction are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items or having someone else bid on or buy back their items. If Seller attempts to bid on or buy back their own items or colludes with someone else to run up the price, the Auction Company has the right to void the bids placed. In addition, the rate of commission for all the Seller’s items in the auction will double, and the Seller (along with anyone colluding with the Seller) will be prohibited from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC as a buyer or seller in all future auctions. At the Auction Companies discretion, it may decide to remove all of Seller’s items from the auction.

Warranty and condition of items sold: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items before bidding and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. The Auction Company does not test every function of every item, but put potential bidders are welcome to come and test the item in person themselves.

The Auction Company reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The Auction Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or an entire auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

In the event a winning bidder does not pay for their items in full by Saturday, October 5th at Noon, the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions.

Miscellaneous: All decisions of the Auction Company are final as to the methods of bidding, disputes among bidders, increments of bidding and any other matters that may arise before, during, or after the auction. Auction Company reserves the right to deny any person the right to participate in the auction for any reason, or to ban anyone from the auction who attempts to disrupt it.

Personal and property risk: Persons attending during item inspection, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person(s) and property and specifically release and hold harmless the Auction Company, Auction Staff and Seller from liability or other recourse, therefore neither the Auction Company, nor the Seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.

Auction Company at their discretion may ban any bidders from participating in this or future auctions that do not abide by these terms and conditions or is a detriment to the auction process in any way.

Email communications: By registering to bid in this auction or any other auction conducted by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC bidder gives permission for the Auction Company to communicate with the bidder via email for any reason relating to the course of normal auction business.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
