NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS unless accompanied by a letter of guarantee from the bank and must be preapproved prior to bidding, which can be emailed to dwisko@aol.com or hard copy - must be dated & signed.
Checks without prior approval must clear the bank prior to item release (2 weeks)

Dealers who are sales tax exempt must provide their sellers permit number in the Notes to the Auctioneer section on the registration page. Not doing so will result in a sales tax charge. Sellers permit Forms S-211 will be available at pickup for you to fill out.

No Sales Tax will be applied to On Location Estate Sales
All Titled Items will be charged sales Tax regardless (Wisconsin Law)
A 15% Buyers fee will be applied, plus any applicable sales tax.

Full payment must be made before any items leave the premises.

Unless auction is announced as absolute the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids.
The auctioneers/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer, the seller, or on their behalf.
Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction.

This auction features a "soft close" otherwise known as an auto bid extend feature,
When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed.
The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

The first item is scheduled to close at 5:30P.M. CST on Tuesday Oct 15th. Items will close every twenty seconds after that unless the auto extend feature kicks in.

Bid To Buy Auctions does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true, inspections is strongly encouraged.

Measurements are approximate sizes, Tape measures and yard sticks etc. are often included in the photos to benefit the buyer and guage size, They are not included in the sale unless specified

You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. On occasion the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the description.

Failure to pick up items:
Any items left behind after the specific pick up date or If no other arraingements are made prior to auction close will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements were pre-approved. There is a A MININUM Late Pickup fee of $25.

Bid to Buy Auctions staff does NOT move, carry or load items for you. You must supply any packing material or boxes needed for transport of items.

Shipping:
Large Item or Equipment Shipping is your responsibility as the buyer, We will try to accommodate your transport schedule for loading if possible, communication is important, Call 920-639-8003

Shipping Costs:
Shipping Is Not Cheap, Please consider Shipping cost before bidding,
If what your bidding on fits into a flat rate USPS box it can be mailed at cost+ $7. Per box.
Other packaging and Shipping services may be offered, if available, for actual shipping cost plus $26. per hour + materials with a min1 hour fee. Fragile or hard to pack items will be taken to a Pack n Ship facility at your expense. Shipping charges are charged separately from your Auction purchase invoice, Shipping charges will be charged to the Credit Card used to register unless other arrangements are made.
