Due to the extremely remote location of the Owners home and cabin south of Chestnut Mountain, we are having an In-Store Estate Sale for this Consignor in Dubuque, IA. The home has a beautiful view of the Mississippi River from its wooded bluff top location, but is very hard to access and has no available parking. We have moved 7 loads from the house to Dubuque to host this sale for you. Although some items will be available prior to the sale date, the majority of items will be showcased on the first day of the sale. It is our intention to host this In-store Estate Sale just like our 3 day On-Site Estate Sales, with the sale starting January 21 at 8:00 AM. The Sale will be in the Emporium at EZ Sell USA, it is all indoors, and there is ample parking on either side of the building. *SALE INCLUDES* Antique and Primitive Furniture: Oak Wash Stand, Walnut Dresser/Dry Sink, Oak Desk, Oak Chairs, Rocking Chairs, Wood Milk Chest, Double Size Log Bed, Log Nightstand, Tall Primitive Cupboard, and Primitive Benches.
