Cash, Check with proper ID and ALL Charges, Debits accepted. All Sales final. Please bring help to load large items. We are NOT responsible for accidents. This estate has lots of stairs, not wheelchair accessible. By entering the premises you accept all responsibility for your personal safety. Always watch your step and take care. Watch for caution tape and "take care" caution signs as well as informational signs and posted terms of sale. Attendees must take personal responsibility for proper Covid 19 and seasonal flu precautions. 3 Days, Discounts 2nd and 3rd Day. We ARE HAPPY TO SHIP AT COST to all parts of the country. You can call in to leave bids prior to sale and to purchase during sale. We will work with you to send close ups and provide additional information. We provide sold tags and baskets at the front and available from staffers for the opening "rush" for your convenience or feel free to bring your own with your name on them. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item and leave it in place or hand to a staff member to take to cashier's holding tables for you. If books , prints, paper are not priced on the outside, they are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book or on the back. No discounts usually the first day. Large $ purchases, please feel free to talk to us about a discount. Reasonable offers welcome by bid box or speaking with us last day of sale. . Everything is priced to move quickly, the last day is our fun discount day where all is negotiable. Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name or ask for assistance. We will deliver the info to the cashier. Check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces. YOU are responsible for moving and delivery of your items.
