Bidding Terms
Sales begin ending at the specified end date, and close approximately every 20 seconds thereafter. Any bid placed by a bidder other than the current winning bidder in the last 3 minutes will extend the end time for an individual lot by 1 minute.

All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." The seller makes no guaranty, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever.
Payment Terms
The card the winning bidder has on file will be automatically charged the full sale price plus any applicable buyer's premium and sales tax when the auction closes.
Pickup Terms
The buyer may come on site for pickup between 12:00pm and 4:00pm on January 23rd. For special arrangements and to schedule a pickup time other than the specified time please email us in advance.The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of all lots purchased at his/her own expense during the specified pickup time frame. Failure to pick up the items in the specified time window will result in a forfeiture of the items without refund. The seller is not required for any reason to provide an alternative time, location, or method of pickup.
