If you wish to examine items please ask one of our crew for assistance. We do not take offers on the first day of a sale. You may give a written offer at sales Table for consideration if item does not sale at price marked. Discount day is the last day of a sale. All items sold as is no returns, CASH AND CARRY, please bring help to move large items. We do not have Staff on hand to load your items, we do have phone numbers of people that may be able to assist in moving your purchases. Arrangements can be made at purchase to remove large items, ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED During the Sale. Any Pickups Not during Sale hours subject to a $25.00 service charge. update: we will be entering from back of house. There is limited parking available in driveway, gate will open for parking when we get there. Please park only on the side going toward the lake so the road does not get blocked up.
We are still getting stuff ready for sale. finding more stuff every day, the barn has lots of outdoor stuff, tools,gardening supplies, lots of flower pots. Pottery and canning supplies are out there as well. lots of wood and moldings, old door knobs, door locks, antique hardware, architectural pieces. camping supplies, hunting stuff, more books wash tubs, plastic pots for gardening. I will try to put up more pictures tonight Wednesday .
