Hi friends! My team thought a humorous title would be good for this my final sale. I kept telling them, as we were preparing for the sale, "I'm a collector, not a hoarder"! My collection includes many contents of our home, items that Suzi and I purchased through our 48 years together. As you may or may not know my plans are to move to Yukon OK where my sister lives. I plan to have several booths in antique malls throughout Oklahoma, so some of the items that will be offered will be marked 'FIRM' with no discounts offered. Some items of interest: 1) furniture including an antique cast iron bed, library tables, drop leaf kitchen tables, antique gate leg walnut dining table with 4 matching chairs, lamp tables, lamps, 2 full size mattress sets, 2 kitchen cupboards, 2 corner display cases, contemporary leather sofa and love seat, primitive bakers cupboard and other pine primitives. 2) Linens and bedding. Towels, lots of ART including one by Jack Stout and other local artists, office supplies, art glass, and collectibles. Large assortment of Fostoria, Pink Depression Glass, and Miss America (aka Diamond) pattern glass dinnerware. 3) My wife had great taste in clothing, and those of you who were blessed to know her, remember how she always looked like she stepped out of a beauty parlor! I have 2 closets full of some of her best pieces she loved. And shoes? About 50 pairs, size 8-9. 4) Tools, lawn equipment, power and table saws, kitchen wares, new Kitchen Aide mixer, small appliances, dishes, and the list goes on. These pictures will help you envision the collection. Thanks to all of our faithful followers who have attended our sales thru the years. I'm pleased to let you know that it will continue, under the leadership of my cousin Jake Feil, with a new name...EPIC ESTATE SALES. He will keep our Facebook page, so you can continue to follow him there. He and our team (Janna, Raedean, Jim; and on occasion Patti, Brad, Melissa, Mark, Wendy, Jo and Thaylia) who have worked with me will provide you with the same quality of service and sales!! Happy hunting and I'll 'see you later' friends! Thanks for the memories!! |
