We will honor a list if everyone in line is in agreement with the list. If you put a list up and leave or put your name on a list and then leave, the list will not be honored and/or your spot on the list will not be honored. When you are buying larger items, please bring your own assistance to move these items. There will be no one on staff to assist you.

This is going to be an amazing sale. There are two homes that share the same driveway. The home of the estate sale is the home set in the back. You will pass the first house and then see a large garage that is the beginning of the estate sale property. We will have signs indicating on where to park. There is some street parking as well. Please respect the property of the family living in the first house on the driveway. We will have two checkouts, one inside the home and one inside the garage. Both will be taking cash and credit cards. We have for sale two Cadillac Brougham Cars 1989 and 1990. These great cars will be available at this great sale. However, we will are currently waiting on the titles from the estate. The estate is stating that there will be a three week waiting period at the end of the sale for these. If you are interested in these vehicles please see cashier during the sale. We will be taking information on potential buyers for the cars. We will be calling these buyers in order of first come when we have the titles.
