All items sold as is where is. We do our very best to examine all itmes carefully, disclose and picture any defect in an item. INSPECTION AT PREVIEW IS ENCOURAGED
When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium. Auction Company does NOT help with load out. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! Items must be paid for before removal. Guns transfer: Buyer is responsible for all gun transfer fees. Peoples Choice Pawn on Jordan St. in Mt. Vernon, IL. will handle transfers for a $25 fee. Instructions will be sent in your invoice. Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. In the event another time has been arranged and buyer fails to pick up within 30 days, item will be considered abandoned. Customers are, however, still responsible for payment. Auction company reserves the right to bid on any item on behalf of the seller to the reserve. The system will not increase your bid to reserve even if you put in full reserve amount, so auction company may place bid close to the reserve amount Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up. Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING ON THIS AUCTION Credit card, check or cash. If you are new to this auction company, we will only accpet cash or credit card. Bring your own muscle. Auction company nor seller is allowed to help with load out of heavy items per insurance. There is a 15% buyer's premium added to high bid. This figure shows up when placing bid. We will only allow bidders from the United States and Canada. Auction comapny will charge HIBID card on file in the event payment is not made by close of pick up time. Vehicle title will be released if paid for by cash. Estate Auction. Toro zero turn mower, LOTS of vintage and antique toys, Patio furniutre, collectibles and more 2 Texaco fire, chief toy, gas pump nozzle appears to be original, but do not believe the hose is 3 Cub cadet, 1315 with yard cart, snow blade and bagger. we are not sure ALL parts are there for the bagger, but it appears they are all there. NOt sure about blade either, but appears to all be there. Back "tailgate" is missing off yard cart 7 Craftsman special edition, gasoline blower/vac. Appears to be brand new and never out of the box. 10 Vintage Junior AMF tricycle with vrrroom attachment. Vrrroom does not appear to work. But perhaps I don�t know how it works� Was before my time 11 AMF Junior track pedal tractor. Appears to be in good working condition. 12 Vintage AMF fire chief # 503 pedal car. Appears to be in good condition� Petals work and tires appear to be fine 18 21 25 Black metal patio furniture. 2 seater glider, and side table, and chaise lounger 26 Three pieces, black metal patio furniture. Includes loveseat, round side table, and a chase. 30 33 Ertl toys Ing, Alice, Chalmers, Roto, Baylor, and case 800 tractor with G combine and international harvester toys 34 International harvester lamp and Farmall tractor bank and Ertl diecast metal jack model 35 Ertl international 1586 diecast metal, Ertl Farmall super M � TA, Ertl snapper lawn, tractor and trailer and Massey Ferguson toy 36 For Ertle pieces, two Farmall cub tractors international roll crop tractor and Farmall H with Farmer 50th anniversary peace 37 Three Ertl pieces, including cub, tractor, snapper, rare engine, rider, and FORD son super major with backhoe attachment 38 Seven Erdle tractors, four-wheel-drive tractor all appear to be diecast and includes a case corn picker 40 Farmall miscellaneous items. Including Farmall, M, indoor outdoor decorative lights, caps, thermometer, salt and pepper, shakers, windmill, and other miscellaneous. 41 44 48 Table with shelves at one end. Brackets are fine for shelves. Stands 3� tall 51 52 53 55 67 Antique/vintage HUBLEY road grader toy, and Tonka trencher. Both appear to be in excellent condition for their age. 74 Vintage toys. Most appear to be midge toys or tootsie toys. 76 Hot wheels, race, track, and gas station. I do not know if all the parts are there. 78 Antique Tru Scale farm toys, including discs, and bailors and planter 81 Tools incl. black & decker sander and 4 1/4� angle grinder 82 85 Floor Jack mechanics stool, and other jacks. We have not found the rod for the bottle jack. 91 Garden miscellaneous, including sprinkler, sprayer clay pots, and hedge trimmers 94 97 VintageDeLuxe mop bucket. Has a dent in one side. Top of the line! 99 106 110 Antique Tru Scale tractor, wagons, sickle mower, and disc toys 112 Antique/vintage toys, including buddy L towing service truck, Tonka vehicle jeep, Hubley school bus, structo ready mix truck. Notice the spout is broken off and windshield wiper mirrors, etc. on the ready mix truck. 115 Antique Stoopto auto hall with cars. Appears to be missing the horn and the side mirror. 118 Vintage pinball machine we plugged it in it lights up, but do not know if if it works exactly properly 119 Five vintage toys, including Structo Dumper Tonka Jeep and2 trucks and Oliver 1850 120 121 U-Haul metal toy truck, Tonka, Pepsi, truck, plastic, Tonka, metal tow, truck, and School bus 122 Vintage toys. Allis gleaner Structo truck with camper and red Structo Hom-Pak truck 132 2 fisher-Price family Farm. One has a broken handle and a broken piece on the back� Neither one makes sound when barn door opens. 134 Bishop Price Main Street missing back ramp and Fisher-Price firehouse 135 Two Fisher-Price grocery checkouts. Both make sound one has no handle and no battery cover. Take a close look look at the pics. 136 Three Fisher-Price family houses. And lots of play furniture 143 144 Very nice table with four chairs all four chairs are armed chairs and all four chairs have wheels 145 PHILIPS stereo with multi laserdisc player and surround sound 147 148 Lazy Boy recliner sectional sofa. Four recline and 1 has a drawer that pulls out. Appears to be in excellent condition |
