Important Information

• Bidding and Notifications:

• If you're the winning bidder, you'll receive a text message to schedule a pick-up time or request shipping.

• Please ensure your mobile number is updated with Hibid and check your spam folder for important updates.

• Pick-Up Details:

• Pick-up is on October 20th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

• You must provide all manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove your items by 2:00 pm.

• If you do need manpower and we have staff available, please be prepared to tip.

• If you can't make it during the pick-up time, please only bid on items eligible for shipping.

• Special Accommodations:

• We can sometimes make special arrangements if notified in advance.

• The sooner we're aware, the less the accommodations will cost.

• Any special accommodations will incur a minimum $15.00 service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Shipping:

• We charge shipping plus a $6.00 per lot handling fee.

• Not all lots are eligible for shipping, so please read the descriptions carefully.

• Abandoned Lots:

• This is a clean-out auction; there will be a $25 abandonment fee for each abandoned lot.

• Payment:

• Your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction.

• Ensure your card information is updated with Hibid.

• If there are insufficient funds or a decline, a $5.00 service fee will be added, and we will send you an invoice to pay online.
