Important Information

Bidding and Notifications:

• If you're the winning bidder, you’ll receive a text message to schedule your pickup.

• Make sure your mobile number is updated with Hibid and check your spam folder for updates.

•  Pick up times cannot be scheduled the day of. When you schedule your pick up time it is essential that you select a time and not just a day.

Pick-Up Details:

• Pick-up: Sunday, November 3rd from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

• Manpower, tools, and packing supplies are required to remove your items by 1:30 PM.

• If staff assistance for manpower is needed and available, be prepared to tip.

• Can’t make it during the pickup time? DON’T BID!

Special Accommodations:

• Contact us in advance to request special accommodations.

• The earlier you notify us, the lower the cost. A minimum $15.00 service fee applies.

• After 1:30 on pick up day your items WILL be considered abandon.

Shipping:

• Shipping is not available for this auction..

Abandoned Lots:

• This is a clean-out auction. A $25.00 fee will apply for each abandoned lot.

Payment:

• Your credit card will be charged immediately after the auction ends.

• Ensure your card details are up to date with Hibid.

• If payment fails, a $5.00 service fee will apply, and an invoice will be sent for online payment.
