Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 10% bid will be added to the final bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Payment: Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the auction. ONLINE BIDDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE! Auctioneer reserves the right to request secure funds at any time. Auctioneer Drew Williams at 615-504-0632 All bidders must meet all State & Federal gun laws requirements and be of legal age to bid on guns and ammunition. American Realty and Auction LLC will handle all paperwork, and gun transfers as well as packaging for shipping. A $30 transfer fee for 1st gun the $15 for each additional gun. Out of state buyers, please note all guns and firearms must be transferred to an authorized Federal Firearms Licensed gun dealer in your area, all handling, packaging & shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Handling and packaging will be a minimum of $25 per gun plus shipping fees. Out of state buyers will need to supply FFL information for transfer. All FFL transfers/pickups need to be completed within 15 days. All Items must be paid for within one week of auction completion, NO EXCEPTIONS! If gun/guns are not picked up during scheduled pickup times you will need to pick up by appointment only, not to exceed a week after auction close. For pickup appointment contact Drew Williams 615-504-0632 All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and with all added qualities not listed as well. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction. American Realty and Auction LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. For internet-only auctions, American Realty and Auction LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Nothing to be removed until paid for. All sales final! Items must be removed within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made with American Realty and Auction LLC, if Items are not picked up storage fees will apply when you pick your item up. |
