The furniture selection includes iconic pieces such as a Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin rosewood case sofa, characterized by its clean lines and chrome legs. A handcrafted Thomas Moser dining suite, signed and dated by Maine artisans including Andy Moser, and a live edge dining table by local artist Winni Brueggemann, represent contemporary American craftsmanship.

Danish design excellence is represented throughout the auction. Erik Buch's Model 61 barstools and Niels Koefoed's Eva dining chairs, both in rosewood, showcase the characteristic Scandinavian attention to detail. An Arne Jacobsen Swan sofa for Fritz Hansen exhibits the designer's innovative sculpted form. A Bernhard Pedersen and Son teak wall unit demonstrates Danish Modern storage solutions with style.

The furniture selection includes classics such as a Charles and Ray Eames lounge chair and ottoman for Herman Miller, dating from 1963-1964, featuring rosewood shells and black leather upholstery. Early versions of the Eames LCW and RAR chairs, and a more contemporary Herman Miller Aeron office chair, are also available in this auction.

A selection of classic and stylish MCM domestic items are available, including Russel Wright and Dansk dinnerware, a LaGardo Tackett for Schmid porcelain demitasse set, and Denby Stone and Steel flatware, along with a variety of teak, art glass, pottery, and stainless steel pieces. Paolo Soleri for Arcosanti Windbells are also offered. Lamps by Bill Curry, Kurt Versen, Majestic, and Laurel represent classic designs, alongside a stylish reproduction of the iconic Poul Henningsen Artichoke lamp and orb lamps by assorted makers.

The art portion of the auction includes works by major 20th-century artists. A Joan Miró lithograph from 1967, "Bouquet de rêves pour Neila, XI," represents the artist's characteristic Surrealist style. Also offered is an Andy Warhol limited edition offset lithograph with United Nations stamp, created for the UN Disaster Relief Organization. Keith Haring lithographs from his United Nations series - "International Youth Year" (1985), "International Volunteer Day" (1988), and "Fight Aids Worldwide" (1990) - accompanied by World Federation of United Nations Associations documentation certificates - are also showcased. A selection of sculptures rounds out the art offerings, including a monolithic piece by John Rogers Clague, a prize winner in the Cleveland Museum of Art 1976 May show.
