Sales tax of 7.5% applies unless tax exempt form provided. Payment must be made prior to the end of load out. Failure to do so will result in your card you registered with being charged, forfeiture of your items (unless arrangements have been made prior end of load out), and possible ban from future online auctions. TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. GUNS: All gun purchasers must provide a Nebraska CCW Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit and complete a form 4473 for transfer. Out of State buyers can pick up a long gun and must pass a NICS background check. But, if the background check comes back to wait or declined, you are still liable for full payment. The gun can then be resold on our next auction minus regular commission charges. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:00pm Central Standard Time at a rate of 6 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: Invoices for shipping and handling will be emailed 10 PM on Monday, December 30th This shipping invoice MUST be paid Friday, Friday, January 3 at Noon CT. We will not charge the card you registered with for shipping. You MUST pay the S&H invoice. If shipping is not paid for by then, your items will be forfeited. A $10 Handling fee will be added to each S&H invoice. A 4% convenience fee will be added for electronic payment. We do NOT ship furniture or large items. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium (additional 3% for credit cards) will be added to all purchases. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $115.00. PAYMENT: Cash or check will be accepted at check out. Accepted forms are electronic check or credit card. Payment must be made prior to pick up. Sales tax of 7.5% applies unless tax exempt form provided. Payment must be made prior to the end of load out. Failure to do so will result in your card you registered with being charged, forfeiture of your items (unless arrangements have been made prior end of load out), and possible ban from future online auctions. TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. GUNS: All gun purchasers must provide a Nebraska CCW Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit and complete a form 4473 for transfer. Out of State buyers can pick up a long gun and must pass a NICS background check. But, if the background check comes back to wait or declined, you are still liable for full payment. The gun can then be resold on our next auction minus regular commission charges. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:00pm Central Standard Time at a rate of 6 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: Invoices for shipping and handling will be emailed 10 PM on Monday, December 30th This shipping invoice MUST be paid Friday, Friday, January 3 at Noon CT. We will not charge the card you registered with for shipping. You MUST pay the S&H invoice. If shipping is not paid for by then, your items will be forfeited. A $10 Handling fee will be added to each S&H invoice. A 4% convenience fee will be added for electronic payment. We do NOT ship furniture or large items. Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times.
