All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding.

" All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on close of sale. With the exception of firearms or pre approval, we will run the credit card used at registration to process payment at close. Fireamrs must be paid for in person. Items purchased must be removed on the specified day of pick up unless shipping arrangements have been made.

" The highest approved bidder will prevail. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith, bids which appear to be fraudulent, or bidders who have established a negative reputation through Hi-Bid or other sites/auction houses. Should any disputes arise between bidders the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final.

" Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All Dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Texas Resale Card prior to bidding for Tax Exempt Status.

" Unless otherwise stated, Shipping/Pickup will be limited to "assist" only.

" Any item not picked up within the pickup time fame will incur a $10 per day storage charge. Items not picked up within seven days after being in storage will be considered forfeited.

" Auctioneer DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as other methods or requirements for removal and transport of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
