Our auctions are always hosted at our Ax-Man Surplus Warehouse located at 5510 Lakeland Ave N, Crystal, Minnesota 55429. The auctions end Wednesday night at 7:00PM and our removals are always on Thursday from 10:00AM until 3:30PM.

Inspections are always on the last day of the auction (Wednesday) from 1:00PM - 3:00PM. If this time doesn't work for you, please call for an appointment.
For shipping inquiries, please email Jason (Jason@ax-man.com), or call him M-F 9:00AM-3:00PM at 651-636-0468. You can pay your K-bid balance online via your K-bid dashboard.
Customer Returns: Item ARE NOT NEW maybe used and WORKING OR NOT WORKING condition and may be missing pieces or damaged
-Not Used: item has no sign of significant wear, but packaging could be missing or compromised
-Good Condition: item may be like new or slightly used and may be missing instructions/ packaging
-Open Box: Item In good condition, but may or may not be missing small pieces
