To give you an example of how large this Estate Sale is, we usually only have 3 day estate sales. This “VERY LARGE” estate sale will be 5 days spread over 2 weekends.

This estate sale is being held for a couple that built their dream home in May 2022 and within a year of living there the sweet lady passed away from cancer.

Her husband has decided to move and needs to sell the “like new”(built 2022) home in a beautiful neighborhood. He has asked us to conduct the estate sale starting Thursday February 6,7,8, & February 14 & 15.

This will be a 5 day sale split over two weekends.

Discounts will apply each day at, Day 1-full price, Day 2-15% off, Day 3-25% off, Day 4-50% off & Day 5-70% off.

This sweet lady loved things and never bought one of anything. We have thousands of pretty things and most are unused and many with tags,

Examples: 2000+ woman clothing (unused and priced to sell, from small to XXL), hundreds of women’s socks (unused), designer notepads (unused), furniture mostly new from 2022, vintage dolls, Mickey Mouse items, Purses 100+, metal yard art 100+, framed art of every kind, ladies hair clips 500+, ladies hand bags 1000+, women’s caps.

She loved things, colorful things, many kinds of different things. She didn’t use them all but loved to have them. She liked many, many different kinds of items and they were a joy to her.
